If you are prepared to accept poorly suppressed ignition wires that fail sooner than any other type of ignition wires and stretch your ignition system to the limit, with no real gains, then by all means use these wires.

@DrGoodwrench would it make the most sense to stick with stock ignition? I hear over time the Nowlogy hotwires will break down and the electromagnetic interference can cause serious electrical problems with the igntion system, one of which is an overloading of ignition coils. So if you run Nology Hotwires with NGK BKR6E spark plugs it will potentially be a really bad move?

Well they are the same concept, but you can't foul a wire. Running them together is not advisable.

How good are these wires in combination with a standard resistor spark plug?

@srhabb you lose about 70% of the gain from non resistor plugs
