I don't see why people want to wait until marriage. The divorce rate in the United States alone is 50%. You can have sex on your wedding night and divorce the next day later. Nothing special about that. You might as well have done it before marriage.

Assalaamu alaikum sister I would advice you to cite the sources of hadith (Muslim? Bukhari? tirmithi?). I also think that there is a mistake in saying that the hadith is 'qudsi', (which are directly from Allah Most High). but He knows best, and we all make mistakes. Salaam

I think she is generalizing a little, some people are like that. But you got to think about it in two levels, if you are strong enough of a person, truly above the rest then even premarital physical activity wouldn't deter you from whats important, but if you need an instruction booklet (Islam) into how to be better etc etc without knowing yourself, then you are weaker and need instruction. True enlightenment comes when you as a person improve without outside help like religion, what you think?
