@xSniperStreakHDx he is not a hater. he is correct. i am a legitimate BF player and i did notice that in BF3, burst firing doesnt work as well as spraying. i am also against dice doing this. this actually pissed me off because i dont know why dice is trying to be like CoD so much. they should just keep the way the guns were fired in Bfbc2 because i find that game had the most realistic recoil

@MS57KB Bfbc2 didn't have the ability to change firemodes, and full auto has better recoil in bf3 than bfbc2.

I think on close range the burst firemode is the easiest to use..

Here's what matters about real life: burst fire doesn't work over a couple dozen yards. Go ahead and try it over 100 yards. Bet you don't hit anything. Burst fire is less accurate than burst, sure, but you're not going to hit anything 'long range' after anything but the first round unless you're relying on a decent bit of luck mixed in with your skill. Sure, it's wrong to remove burst, especially if you're going for realism.  Just the same.. Burst don't work too well.
