We just had a torrential rain storm within a couple hours of recording this, so the web is now pretty destroyed and the spider's gone. :(

If anyone can identify this spider, it'd be much appreciated. I've seen this kind of spider a few times before, so it'd be nice to know a little bit of info on it.

Update:
I'm pretty sure this is the kind of spider that's in the video:

Though I do live in Florida and there's nothing about them being in Florida. And it was on my back patio, not a garden.

    Standing up and looking directly down on it, I'd say about 2 inches end to end. Laid down flat looking directly down on it, I'd say about 2¾ inches
