Actually the lyrics of "Stranger Than Kindness" were written by Anita Lane for Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds album "Your Funeral, My Trial". However, Fever Ray's cover is as brilliant as the original. Only in a different light... an even darker one maybe? Without the seediness of the Seeds?
