Only A Northern Song, The Beatles, 1967 (Anthology version)
The original basslines are doubled by Rickinroma employing a 1997 Rickenbacker 4001V63 through a 1966 VOX-JMI Super Foundation Bass amplifier.
Paul's bass is on the centre/right while Rickinroma's is on the centre/left side of the stereo

  • AWESOME !!!!

Hey, you are so precise, congrats !

  • @winston1234

I wouldn't think so, they're essentially the same bass just one has the headstock backwards.

Both of them use the old horseshoe pickups too.

but I've heard that the c64 has much more growl.

Google "difference between the rickenbacker 4001c64 and 4001v63" and click the first link, there's a whole thread talking about this :)

  • you are sick man so good

  • Nice!! Can you do While My Guitar Gently Weeps?

  • Love the playing. Do you hear a big difference between the 4001V63 and the 4001c64s? Both are amazing basses.
