After I posted this video, I did do a bit of cursory research on the program (wiki) and it appears others have gleaned the same opinion of it. I've only watched one program and I'll admit it seems to almost be aimed at heterosexual people who want to know 'more' about gay and lesbian people. I don't know. I do know the entire program was just as offensive and strange (to me) as this interview.
