  • Dr.Chopra gives me a whole lot of comfort in my idea of meditation. And my meditation comes in easily, calmly, effrotlessly, and simply beautiful. If there's anything I like most in all the laws he introduced in his books, that would be The Law of Least Effort - it has helped me in so many wonderful ways.

  • @IntentVideo Is this method similar to vipassana meditation? Because in vipassana when you inhale you say "up" and when you exhale you say "down"

  • I agree with everything he said here except the last bit when he said, "you enter the domain of spirit". This can only be true if your belief prior to meditation is to connect with spirit, otherwise you just enter a state of mental blankness or void. It is just like hypnosis but there is no real external noise to distract your trance state.

  • I love these videos, thank you for posting, meditation has great benefits, even if you do not believe in it, or know how it works. Accept that it does and just do it.

In times of stress and no time to meditate, do it twice as long.

  • @TheMrAlwaysRight all that should remain is conciousness and awareness

  • Ummmmm,,, if meditation is like he says, achieving a completely thoughtless state of mind, than how can you even know you have meditated? Even if you were to experience complete thoughtlessness, then you would be unable to realize you are meditating, because if you did, you would be thinking and not meditating. You could not remember the experience considering you were not aware it was happening, considering your mind was completely blank at the time......

  • This is great thanks intentvideo. He is really good. He thinks very loud also which mostly I have found that he tells more truth than other people do. See his soul and mental and body are in a line of truth. So thanks you make my life better.

  • Colors mainly blue, I've seen a bird flying, and alot of third eye tunnel pulsating shit, you?

  • Whats the craziest thing you've experienced during meditation? Have you seen colors before?
