You can Bluetooth tether a Windows Mobile phone with a Mac just like you can with a PC. Here's how.

  • hey kevin do u kno a way how to set up a internet sharing device for a htc att phone windows 7

  • This wasn't exactly like what's on my Verizon XV6850 HTC Touch Pro works like but was close enough to help me thru the right sequence. Others found via search didn't work. This one did!

I connected it to a MacBook Pro, OS X 10.6.1 Snow Leopard doing it as a Bluetooth DUN (I couldn't get PAN to "see it") and Windows Mobile 6.1 on my phone using Bluetooth. (I'm putting all this here so others who are looking for a solution with my phone will be able to find it more easily.)

    Thank you, Kevin.

  • hey i need some help, my wm6 does pair with my macbook but it drops it like 10seconds later, i tried everithin i know but it keeps doing the same thing

  • Is the bluetooth pan different than bluetooth internet? Because i'm connecting to the internet on my macbook using bluetooth internet. I was using the internet for like 5 mins and when i checked my phone's credit, it had dropped. So is bluetooth pan different as in it doesn't use up your phones credit ?
