Some Republicans said they couldn't support the bill unless there was an amendment banning payments for abortions, so an amendment was added.

The Dems have been adding more & more to make Republicans happy & THEN THE GOP COMPLAINS ABOUT THE MANY PAGES IN THE BILL.

And then they vote against it anyway.

NO shit. I have to agree with you even though the Republican party is my party. Joseph Cao is the only GOP that actually listened to the people in his district I think. I endorse him. A Republican group sent me a friend request. I accepted it and asked them to endorse him for Congress next year.

I have to check that out. I missed that. about the rally. I stopped watching Fox after I got word of them blaming Obama for the Ft. Hood shooting. I'm even getting sick of Rush.

And the Dems have a nice buffer of peeps now since the Repub party has lost 9% of its base in the last 6 months or so. True they went Independent but the majority of Independents are leaning Left.

So the party obviously hurting itself more in the Repubs.

Didja see the video of John Stewart today? He caught Fox using video from the 912 rally and claiming it was the latest rally. Tooo Funny.

I was just correcting incorrect termonology.

As for it being good or bad to terminate a fetus, I think we both agree that the government should butt-out, right? I mean, you don't want them using your dollars for healthcare, raising your taxes, i.e. butting into your life, right?

So why should this be any different? Its not the governments body.
