@nesti89 So did you make that move?

@gamerJ7: I was born and raised in California and now I am in Kentucky. Would there be anyway you could find me any castings? Yeah I know right...KY of all places -__-.

@SuicidalxThreat: The agent is necessary just to get yourself through the door. They will get you auditions and it's free to get one so why not? The only time they will take money from you is when you start making the money. I would say it is definitely a win-win situation, unless the agent you find wants you to pay money up front.

@Grimrexer: Acting is a good choice if you want to make short bursts of money. In the long run, you have to really sell yourself so you get hired in order to make a steady income. If I were you, I would probably go with the navy and then come back later for the acting career.

@AntiGeneralised: It's never too late. There are actors like Daren Kagasoff that drop out of college and take acting lessons which lead him to acting in The Secret Life of the American Teenager. He was 20 BTW when he started acting. All you really need is to get yourself out there and/or find an agent. Once you have an agent, everything should fall into place. Now I would not say that I am a good source to hear this from, but from my research, I think it is really that easy.

I didn't want to be an actor I wanted to be a marine or a navy seal but I have to be able to watch over my family and provide for them so I guess I kinda want too but only so I can help my family and others who need it.....I might end up goin to the milatary or seals anyways though.
