Unmarked WA Police vehicle priority

Apologies for the popping noises, the camera's mics are crap.

This shows the need for better side lighting on WA's unmarked vehicles, this one was almost invisible (you can just make out the front deckblaster strobes as he turns. Also the siren is very quiet, the only reason you can hear it is because the window was down.

@trickymickystyle Hasn't been such thing as a Delta car for a while now after they were disbanded, and anyway this was a stock Holden, the D's used SV6's/XR6T's.
