Thank you for joining me. This is the 22nd segment in my poetry reading series, Loving Life and Words. Today I'm reading Lynda Hull's poem, "Insect Life of Florida."
Please check out my book, Four Folded Corners, via Amazon and my other segments when you have a chance -- where I also share another of Lynda Hull's poems, "At Thirty." She's absolutely marvelous.
The detail and attention in this piece is really intense. It also adds to a cascading effect to the tempo. The lines almost fall over each other, reminds me of the way a waterwheel rotates. Like in the momentum of the previous line drives the next one forward towards a complete rotation. Am I am making sense? LOL! Well, that's how my mind works... I never heard of Lynda Hull before your videos. Thanks for sharing.
@ThomasSheridanArts Lovely comment. I understand what you meant perfectly. :-) Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I am so glad I stumbled upon her. :-)
