@johnd94 The truth is spoken. If drunk people wouldn't drive, if they would be responsible enough to know not to drive at that state... GAWD WHAT IDIOTS IF THEY DRINK & DRIVE. I Dont Care how many of you peeps who say its fine blah blah blah. You CAN kill people. It HAS happened.

you make some valid points, but its very wrong to suggest alcoholism isn't a disease. pretty much every single expert on the physiology of addiction is in agreement about this and to say its not is insulting and flat out wrong.

@hotwhire @KurtAngleRox I too thought that the woman was going to run into the kid.
No no no! The problem is not the availability of alchohol, the problem is IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. The "disease" of alchoholism is a crutch used by irresponsible people to pull the blame away from themselves. If I am understanding your comment correctly, you advocate the illegalization of alchohol. My response to you is to simply crack open a history book and read about the CATASTROPHIC FAILURE of prohibition. Things will change when people simply choose to be responsible.

A recent joint study conducted by the Department of Health and the Department of Motor Vehicles indicates that 23% of traffic accidents are alcohol related.
This means that the remaining 77% are caused by assholes who drink bottled water, Starbucks, soda, juice, energy drinks, and shit like that.
Therefore, beware of those who do not drink alcohol. They cause three times as many accidents.
This message is brought to you by someone who worries about your safety.
