I imagine if you used something a lil more airtight it might be easy to heat. I also heard of some alternative energy means of doing the heat even in the winter. Geothoermal, ftw.

how do you heat the greenhouse? i imagine it would freeze at night?

@marcjtdc This one uses Natural Gas. We are still learning best ways to do this. Our greenhouse is probably not the best type for this growing but it is what we had to experiment with. These crops don't need a ton of heat 2 grow, just kept from freezing. Looking at more of a "high tunnel" design for future. Our sales at winter markets went pretty well last year so we are optimistic we can invest in better systems.
