Amtrak passing through Ridgefield, WA with an extra single coach up front. Usually extra coaches are placed on the rear of the train, not up in the front. In this case, the coach was not in revenue service at the time, instead it was a deadhead move. P42DC #57 was the lead unit.
Extra car upfront was being deadheaded as it was not in revenue service.
