let's be honest, thanksgiving sucks. yes I have things to be thankful for, but do I need to gorge myself to prove that? ugh.

  • xo love you

  • ha you would watch this one, where I definitely tell the story you told me ;)

    love you!

  • I'm the same way, talking to food, my body parts and to my eating disorder. After reading Life After Ed, I actually started writing to my ed. It's helpful to read over it when I'm struggling.

  • I just bought Life Without Ed and I can't wait to start it. maybe I will this weekend....!

  • AHHH the sweater!!! I love it!!!

  • too bad you can't hear me jingle, or see the charms/puffy paint up close. it's pretty fabulous <3

  • just in case u ever feel full again, one great tip (ironically enough i heard about this tip during thxngiving) is that if ur full sitting around makes the feeling last longer. if you go for a walk or any light exercise, the feeling goes away sooner, plus ull feel better cuz u didn't over exercise, but u burned calories. hot showers also help :] hope ur doing well congratz on graduating :]

  • oh my word. i am so glad i finally found someone who does the same thing. this was so encouraging to me, i cannot thank you enough. i know this is a late comment but hon i want you to know i'm praying for you okay?? you are doing a great job, looking into this realising things about yourself, i love you okay and i am here if you need anything? you take care okay? :) <3

  • Hey girl.

I do the talking to myself thing too. I make all sorts of promises to myself, make myself bargains, yell at myself... It's a horrible conversation every time. I like your friends advice.

I'm also glad that your Thanksgiving didn't end in a bathroom fiasco like mine and a lot of others did. I'm proud of you for that. You're a lot stronger than you think.

You're gifts were cute! Your friend is super sweet. :-)

    <3 PJ

PS. Can I borrow your sweater? haha. Loved it!

  • Lovoooe your sweater..LOL!:-) And what an awesome friend you have! So sweet of her.

  • first of all, ROCK THAT SWEATER girl! :-P

second of all, i really liked that whole ''having a conversation with chips'' perspective.. puts things in reality!!!!

  • Aw, Christine, I see what a hard time you're having in this video. It's horrible to see you struggle. I hope you sort treatment out soon, you deserve so much more than this. Take care of yourself <3

  • Our Thanksgivings were eerily similar, except that I DID purge and it led to a horrible, awkward situation. I love love love your sweater and the gift basket your friend gave you was so sweet! Love you, facebook mother.
