Watch the interview again. Despite the charm, David is absolutely guarded and calculated. After Mainman, he was making sure he never got burned again. Charm without substance to a paranoid extent. In this way, the interview is very revealing, because you can see that he's pushing off a load of crap in the guise of geniality. He was kind of caught when he faultered about the "Serious Moonlight" question. You know there was more to it than what he let on. It was almost paralleling a job interview!

Oh, we went to both Toronto,Canada shows the Sat. evening n the Sunday eve...what a weekend...when we met him and Iman in Yorkville in Toronto he was sooo nice to us and the baby was so very cute n sweet...Dave is such a comedian,always joking with one and he loves his Toronto ,always has always will...the 3rd time I had the honour of speaking with 'La Bowie'...Gemmas emauil me or phone me...
