*sigh* He means another dream about SORA because he actually dreams about him(having flashbacks) and KH 2 sora is at twilight town because DiZ took him to the artificial Twilight Town, and the rest, is at KH2. Please get your facts straight before posting oh-so-called-spoilers.

Spoiler Alert!! @hydralicninja56 you've obviously haven't played either game as in kh2 it is explained how roxas' memory was changed to think he was a normal boy. And during 358/2 days, he comes across Riku who later remembers him in kh2. And organization members refer to sora as roxas on kh2.
