Interior: The 1972 Chevelle Malibu Convertible has a white vinyl interior. A front bench seat with no rips or stains. The carpet is black with minor wear. The Chevelle has an after market stereo with an appearance of a stock AM radio. The AM/FM/MP3 is wired to a set of tweeters that are mounted at the top of windshield onto the pillar. The mid-range speakers are mounted in factory looking kick boards and the woofers are behind the back seat. The Chevelle has all six factory seat belts, four of them are retractable. The stock power steering and tilt wheel along with power disc breaks give the Chevelle a comfortable drive. Extra mechanical gauges, water temp, Amps, and oil pressure have been custom mounted under the center of the dashboard for additional monitoring of the engine. In the glove box you will find the original owners manual, protect-o-plate along with other historical papers indicating the car original belong to Robert J. Stall of Village Chevrolet 4999 Baltimore Dr. La Mesa CA. 92041. Bob Stall Chevrolet has since moved 7601 Alvarado Road La Mesa CA. 91941 from which I purchased the Chevelle.

Exterior: The Chevelle was repainted the original factory color on 6/08 and I give the paint a 9. This is not a show car paint job. All the emblems are complete and mounted correctly. The wheels are stock with normal size tires. The front suspension has been rebuilt and the car remains at stock height. The head lights have been replaced with flat Hella head lights. The black power convertible top with pads and a rear glass window has been recently replaced. Included with the top is the boot and storage bag for the boot. The Chevelle has left and right side review mirrors with a remote driver side.

Power Train: The original, matching number TH350 transmission and 350 cubic inch engine were rebuilt. The engine was professionally rebuilt by Speed Specialty in San Diego. The engine includes all new bolt on services including SI alternator, slightly mild camshaft, Eldelbrock intake manifold, headers with California turbo mufflers, Holly carb, HEI distributor, and aftermarket air cleaner and valve covers. The Chevelle is equipped with factor air conditioner that has been converted to R14 freon and nicely cools the inside of the car. The engine is not a race engine but a strong daily driver that breathes well.
The TH350 transmission has also been professionally rebuilt with a mild shift kit. Both the engine and transmission are serviced regularly. The drive shaft was balanced and new U- joints were installed.

The car retains a spare tire and complete factory jack in the carpeted trunk. All receipts included.The parts that have been replaced with aftermarket bolt ons, the original equipment have been saved and will be sold with the vehicle.
This vehicle was cared with other classic cars owned by me. The Chevelle is for the serious collector who appreciates a comfortable ride down the coast with the top down. Recent research has indicated this car will sell in the neighborhood of $35,000. Please provide me with reasonable best offers.
