so if she is not haitian or lives there..who is she to tell about haiti? tell her to try to live there for a while...then she may see another side of things...hard to comment on haiti with usa currency in your pocket and being on vacation...were everyone serves you hand and foot.

@gonaive : you make alot of assumptions for someone who seems to have little education. Do you even live in Haiti? I know a few people that can deliver you from your severe brainwashing. Only your self-hate would push you to talk like this. But I can only accept with LOVE my brother, as most of your life you know only hate. So if you see a woman anywhere walking with a couple dudes than that is evidence of the place being unsafe? Wow that means even heaven is unsafe.

First of all the Lady in the video is not Haitian and that was her first time in Haiti. Your assumption that she needs to move back is false, and your assumption that she isn't living there now is only an assumption. ask the sourse that told you Haiti was so dangerous or bad, why if it's so bad are they so interested in exploiting over there.

i was in Haiti couple of weeks ago in Taba, Port au Prince, gosh it was burning hot, lots and lots of mosquitos, those things eat my flesh. they make music to my ears. mosquitos all over the place. not ot mention flies with teeth biting me all over my body. i was jumping, turning, runing from mosquitos and flies. it's like i wasn't welcome. the people who live there did not get one bite from the fies and mosquitos.

you are right. Haiti has so much beauty and is not more dangerous than the rest of Latin America. I am not Haitian, and easy to recognize as foreigner, but I have never been threatened in Haiti, I´m never scared, I love this country as much as my own.

A whole lot can happen in 45 seconds buddy. The point is: not to always believe the hype you hear on the news. They get paid to exagerate. When the truth is offered to you, you reject it because you are not comfortable with the idea of a safe Haiti. Just shows they got your mind. If they got your mind on this issue how many other things that might be more important to you, that you have been fooled to believe? Yes, they got your mind.

All she is saying is Haiti is not all shooting, kidnapping, and killing. I just got back from Haiti and my brother goes back in forth all the time. Haiti is beautiful, yes we have problems but thats all the media shows and talks about.
