  • What stream did you take that water from? State/location?

  • @Learningbyhearing From our own backyard, in Ontario, Canada

  • A water pik is great; yet, the sulca brush performs a different function revivifying the gumline.

  • Hi Nadine, how do you spell the name of that brush you used after you used the toothbrush. The one you call a seleca (sp?) brush. i recently discovered some receding gums and my dentist wants me to get fillings for the root exposure. I'm wondering if i can reverse the receding gums by using your gum drops and adding the seleca brush step. i already do all other steps except polishing, as I haven't yet purchased the polishing powder. Teethe are good, but have these receding gums..

  • @vandupurohit it is called a Sulca Brush :)

  • SO would an electric toothbrush be bad?

  • @CosmicHealth

Electric Toothbrushes have there place..... they are great for polishing the teeth at the end of your routine.

  • What is your opinion of Sodium Bicarbonate aluminium free ie naturally derived. My dentist says it is perfect for alkalinizing. Why not simply use the toothbrush to cleans your gums/gumline is a brush for the sulca really necessary when your sulca spans tightly over the teeth? Also years of fruit eating have eroded all enamel so acid attack a big reality/ challenge. What essential oil is not caustic to the dentin? Finally which non petrochemical floss do you recommend? Thank you for your answer

  • how much salt is in the jar for the salt rinse? Thank you

  • @SecretLandofIs Thank you so much for your reply!

  • I have a waterpik, can that replace sulca brush?
