(Ex. Try To Keep That Section Just Snugg Around *DO NOT TIGHTEN THE WRAP ALONG THE VEINED SECTION OF YOUR WRIST* THIS MAY AFFECT YOUR PERFORMANCE DUE TO AN OVERTIGHTENED WRAP, LESS CIRCULATION WILL RESULT IN AN UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE*

I don't know what I did wrong bc i dud this the punched a brick wall a few times until I heard alot of cracks then my hand was thriving in pain I broke my hand&fingers and not it's in a cast I cnt even c my fingers bs well there plastered into a position similar to this... No finger hand wrist movement : /

These are no hand wraps these are kaliko (100% cotton) bandages 6cm x 5m (2" x 195") that you can buy in any pharmacy. You can use these instead of boxing bandages(or hand wraps).

@AlienwareMetal In Muay Thai you only have small gloves, not the fucking huge American boxing gloves.
