  • Anbercrombie, It doesn't sound like your wet basement is due to your lawn sprinkler spraying water onto your soffit and fascia trim. Wet basements are usually caused by moisture intrusion through the exterior walls. Often times, exterior basement walls are not properly "Damp Proofed" or "Water Proofed" to resist intrusion.

  • Come on dude. This video is terrible.

  • your a home inspection service? There is a roof problem there, there is NO WAY that damage was caused by what you determined. LET'S just seal that back up and put a new piece of wood in???? THAT IS NOT CORRECT. Your a FRAUD and your company is as well.

  • If water got up and over the soffit (for example with a water sprinkler watering the lawn) through the space between the soffit and fascia, could that explain water in the basement.
