After surgery did you end up using most of what you bought here? How did everything go for you?

Hey Amy! I love your idea with the Protein Water. I hadn't thought of that before. I mentioned it in my nutrition class and the facilitator mentioned how the bottled Kellog's protein water actually has sugar in it but the powdered packets that you add to water doesn't have the sugar in it.
I checked and sure enough it's true.
So just an FYI for those who want to use the protein water. Get the powder to go packets instead of the bottled stuff. :D

about 3.00 each. they are not great funny after tast for the protein . you can get them online for sure but I get them on base at the grosery store.
