Cool video. But I've always wondered why in these fantasy games everyone fights like a mob, with as little order as possible. I want to see some discipline!

Well to be honest if one acutally went out and watched an ancient battle I think it would, outwardly at least, resemble a riot more then anything else we'd be used too.

It is true though you don't see much use of formations or attempts at control in many fantasy battles (just look at say Lord of the Rings movies as well). I think it's mostly a lack of knowledge, they just want it to look cool and don't acutally find out how such battles would work.

Yeah I don't think I changed a single thing about him... I just clicked right through the creation screen. I've never really gotten the appeal of the "zomg I can alters his eyebrows and give him a cool mustache!" type customization honestly.

I'll spend hours tweaking skills and trying weapons out, but I just don't care the slightest what exactly my mass murdering heroes facial hair looks like. :p

I felt sorry for the hounds. I know they're bred for warfare but damn I still feel sorry for them. Probably due to the fact that I have a dog myself. I could never imagine sending the poor thing to go against a gorilla in real life for example.

Badly done indeed, I would have send them a few seconds before the clash. That means the hounds would stop the enemy charge and the infantry would be able to follow right on.
