Kakashi is not as strong as he should be. I'm mean, he's known all over the ninja world as the famous copy ninja. Pein even said it was an honor for him to meet kakashi. Next thing, he was about to become hokage so he should be about as strong as any hokage no? But he never has a chance to give his 100%. That's a shame cuz we all know it's one of the coolest character if not the #1 :P

@plix3r I believe the reason that he isn't super strong is because he doesn't have as much chakra as like naruto or jairaia do. Plus because his sharingan is implanted and not natural, he must expend alot of chakra to use it. Its why he keeps it covered up until he fights.

So its basically just his limited chakra that keeps him from being the most powerful ninja. His copy techniques actually seem better then the uchiha. That may be because he appreciates the ability more. it was given.

@plix3r Yeah!!But Pein's got the Rinnegan!!!!!!!!!Plus Kakashi doesn't know about the 6(or 7) paths of Rinnegan nor its abilities so he wastes a lot of chakra for nothin against the Deva path as in the video and he is trying to protect his comrades not have an all out match
