Cutting Off My Dreadlocks

After 4 years and 10 months of having dreadlocks, I decided to cut them off! This is a video documentation of the process of cutting, removing, and untangling my dreads. A very special thank you to my friends and family for all their support and help throughout the years, it was quite an adventure! :)

Ahhhh this makes me feel much better about whether or not I'll be done with my dreadlocks perhaps, maybe, eventually down the road :) Your hair turned out very nicely after being dreaded for almost 5 years. What is the biggest thing that bothers you about not having them?

Thanks! I would say the biggest thing that bothers me is just playing with them. I would spend all my time running my fingers through them and rolling them and it was almost like a comfort to me. But I will say that I do not regret it, I am so glad I cut them off. I felt like my identity was my dreads for so long, and now I can finally been seen for me! haha. Good luck with everything! :)
