  • General consensus is that juice should be drank as fresh as possible from the moment of juicing to gain maximum nutional benefit but for time saving purposes I make two days worth in one session and keep in an air tight container in the fridge (air oxidises the juice so the air tight container is important).

  • This (in my opinion at least) makes an amazingly sweet and tasty juice. With a decent cold press juicer you should get about a gallon of juice. I drink about a qtr gallon daily of this stuff and I feel great for it.

  • Looks like a Hippocrates Greenpower Juicer, newer model than the Kempo. Awesome juicer but not cheap.

  • video is great, but that background noise is maddening.

  • maybe cheesecloth would be better for straining or filtering.

  • The foam is very good. Also your filtering through a stocking which contains many chemicals. Other than that nice juicer! Which brand? I'd like to see how dry your pulp is to see the quality of the extraction.

    Cheers

  • more juicing videos please

  • Thanks JRT! My favourite "ultra juice" at the moment is: 5 x large beetroot 2lbs Carrots 1 x lettuce 1 x bunch raddish 1 x fennel 2 x zucchini 1 x cucumber 1 x whole red cabbage 1 x thumb sized piece of ginger 1/2 x bunch celery
