My interpretation of this is that, the guy is Len's master who he is very close to "not in a fatherly or in a 'yaoi' way" but more like... iono.. close-you're-the-only-person-i-know- kind of way and is afraid that Luka is taking him away from Len. Like, not giving enough attention or stuffs like that..
Maybe like a pet in a way. > <;; i fail at this sorry... But yeah, this song reminded me of how my puppy acted when we bought in an abandoned cat..
