One of Hollywood's most underated talents. I have this Abbot and Costello movie and watch it often because of Dick Foran.
-
I'll Remember April metamorphosed into a Jazz (Bebop) instrumental standard played at breakneck tempos to show off the player's technique.

He introduced this song in this movie. Great post. Great song. Great presentation.
-
Yvonne De Carlo plays and hums a few notes from this song in the film Criss Cross.

Ive seen this movie 100 times but never this part, Too Bad...must have been cut for tv. Too Bad. Bronco Bob could sing....and another great thing is....He's from NJ......

One of the most beautiful movies songs ever, such a shame it is so little known and that Foran did not make a recording of it. Just beautiful

What a masterful composer was Gene DePaul: this beautiful melody AND "Teach Me Tonight." Thank you for this inspiring post.

Stunning. Never knew Foran could sing so beautifully. And the song and mood are perfect for this wonderful presentation.

What a beautiful song--and to find it on an Abbott and Costello comedy!Dick Foran was a much neglected talent who could play anything--and that marvelous voice of his! Anne Gwynne seemed to be really n the mood to the beautiful lyrics and melody.
Thank´s for your comments !...It´s a beautiful song...just see the girls expresions , she seems to thrill meanwhile Dick sings. =PABLO=
