College Football Texas Tech Red Raiders at Oklahoma Sooners (-7) (8PM ET) (ABC)
Texas Techs offensive line is doing a great job of protecting quarterback Graham Harrell as he has only been sacked 5 times all season. Oklahoma has had success in the past putting pressure on Tech QBs but this is the best offensive line in Mike Leachs tenure as head coach. The Sooners have 2 key injuries on defense as pass rusher Austin English is out and Alan Davis is hurting. Texas Longhorns quarterback Colt McCoy enjoyed a 28-35 performance against the Sooners in their 45-35 victory and Graham Harrell when given time can deliver. Texas Techs defense is much improved and is putting pressure on the quarterback. When you think of Texas Tech you always think of offense but their defense has played well. The most points scored against this unit have been 33 by Texas. You have to take the points in this game because Texas Tech has the ability to be competitive here. And the backdoor is open for a late TD that can get us the money. Take Texas Tech +7.
Selection: Texas Tech +7

No offense to Alan Davis, but he's never been a "key" player. Oh, yeah, great pick.

Texas Tech has never done well in Norman. IT was no surprise OU beat them. The surprise was the huge margin.
