Plaxico can also thank the senseless gun violence plaquing the city. New York wants to crack down on the thug element toting guns and they are using this famous black athelete to prove that they want to clean the city up. Unfortunately, they got this one all wrong. Plax does not deserve two years in jail. Jail time, yes but not two years. Plax made a stupid decision. Unfortunately he made that decision in the wrong city.

thats pretty stiff sentence, for a 1st time offender, all plax had to do was get a gun permit, like so many other athlete/celebrity
