@ThaWalrus2 wow troll. There is no sound from the actual video...meaning it was edited in...meaning you have know way of knowing what mic was used.

I have one. Not a bad unit but it has it's drawbacks. It's <200 so what do you expect?

yeahh720p/60fps is by far the best

This is my first pocket cam and I am really enjoying it. I cant really compare since I never used any of the others, but this one seems great. I think the 720p/60fps is the best setting though.

After watching I'm thinking the Zi8 does not deal well with bright back lighting.
The subjects are under-exposed.
Intended? Probably not.
Is there a backlit setting one could engage?
Manual exposure?
