You know as a very overweight person....not quite a senior...I wish you would tag your videos for those who are obese/overweight. Your exercises are perfect this population also.
Anne - I've noticed just what you said - that my exercising has improved my balance. I'm now earning the special exercises on your strength tape for balance. They fit in well with the Tai Chi Chuh I am doing and complement each other. Isn't that one of the great things about our bodies. What ever we do helps.
@Seereene1 Thanks for the comment. We are planning on compiling exercise for those with chronic illness, including obesity.
