Guardate che se ascoltate bene lui comincia dicendo:
"Don't jump the gun" che sarebbe un idioma abbastanza corrispondente in inglese, dopo dice "in italy I say: etc etc etc" ha fatto solo una battuta.
In secondo luogo sack è un termine esistente e significa proprio sacco, poi potrà aver sbagliato grammatica e pronuncia ma è un discorso che passa in secondo piano!
