Three ways I know he's cheating:
1. You can't see what the speed is at the top of the screen (he edited it.)
2. It's obvious that the video has been sped up, because the pitch is too high.
And 3. He wouldn't do it in practice mode if he expected to FC it.

1. This was in rock band network, its not supposed to show speed. It's a custom song added to my rock band network.
2. the pitch is higher to avoid copyright infringement
3. It's not practice mode.... its rock band network.
