@link2998 My wife does single leg leg presses with 250lbs. 350 isn't a lot.

Hey can someone tell me whats an impressive 1RM in square and deadlifts? I've never had the opportunity to test my 1RMs but I think I've demonstrated leg strength in other ways. I've done like 20+ leg presses at 350 Lbs.

@abhijit184 regular squats should be done 1st since they're harder. you put a lot of tension on your whole body, because you need to balance the bar. hack squats focus on your legs and glutes more.
