Executive Chef Kari Rich is well equipped to run a restaurant, with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu California, ten years of fine dining experience under her belt as well as concurrently running the kitchen at REVOLVER inside Voyeur nightclub downtown. Chef Kari enjoys changing up the menu to highlight what is on the market and is passionate about making healthy food from local farms that she hopes everyone will enjoy as much as she does. Her husband, Dave on the other hand.... well, he definitely likes french fries!
