A segment in a level of the Japanese Yoshi's Island that differs from the English version. For those who don't know/remember what the English version looked like, you can see it at

The reason for this is that Yoshi's name used to be spelled "Yossy" in Japanese materials. Now they use the "Yoshi" spelling common in the west. Of course, it's usually written ヨッシー anyway ... and technically, it should be romanized "Yosshī" or "Yossî".
In addition to spelling changes, a couple of walls and thorns were moved around here. But it's nothing too major.
