In a video that is about a rainstorm and the camera itself is obviously in the rainstorm, clearly the blurry character of the later part of the video is because of rainwater on the camera lense, not for any other reason. Also, it blurred a little earlier too because my camera is not high enough quality to perfectly pick-up the sheer quantity of rain that was coming down.
If you don't want to watch my videos than don't bother, and by the way you wasted at least that much of my time responding

If you cant stand still and film instead of uploading this kind of blurring video sont bother...u wasted 3 minutes of my life on this crap!!
