Challenge Kayorei - MegaMan vs. TomahawkMan SP

Things are fairly quiet around Sky Town... nothing really happening. Except for a little argument at the helipad.

"Yeah, I know brute strength is good and all, but I don't think you can rely on only that," reasoned Lan.

"Yeah, just rushing in blindly will get you creamed!" MegaMan added from Lan's PET.

Dingo, who was on the receiving end of the argument, begged to differ. His and TomahawkMan's strength had never failed them before.

"Oh, you really think so? Come on, then! Let's battle!"

"You're on! We'll show you that power isn't everything!"

To make his point, Lan stocked his folder with chips weaker than TomahawkMan's base Navi Chip. MegaMan, on the other hand, decided to be more cautious. TomahawkMan was certain to be out to prove that his brute strength conquers all, so even a single hit could be devastating...

When I saw the restrictions, I was thinking "would've struck 10 for sure if it wasn't for Tomahawkman being a set encounter," but that was excellent...I would've tried a few PAs.

Indeed, a nice performance Kayorei. 5 stars for it.

I admit, though, I did wanted this challenge to be harder than GroundMan's, and due to that, I had as much trouble developing it as you had accomplishing it. But do not worry, I will try to increase the creativity level as I decrease difficulty level...a bit. xD

...and with that performance, you did proved that brute strength is not enough to win! ^-^
