The 'filming car' isn't hogging the middle lane, it's overtaking the Honda in Lane 1. It's also nothing to do with the Lamborghinis, otherwise it would have pulled over at the time of the crash, not negotiated around the crashed Gallardo and carried on it's way. More likely the owner captured some stupid driving on his dashcam and posted it to YouTube.

if the car filming wasn't hogging the middle lane, those cars wouldn't have needed to drive past him like that. It was the orange car's fault for undertaking, but the camera car was also to blame forcreating the situation
