Sarah & Noa's Dressage Lesson

1.3.10 (My big sister's birthday - happy birthday Orly! :)
We had a Purim (a jewish holiday which you wear custome and such, it remind abit of Halloween...) custome contest at the farm and mine and Ruby's costume was one of the best if not the best :)
And then Sarah and I had a dressage lesson with Tamir (which is a new instructor at Yagur, he learned and worked in England as I was told and he made some huge changes at the barn at the last few weeks. The barn area is much more clean and tidy than ever :) and it was a good one I think.
I'm on the bay horse (Ruby) with the lovely saddle pad and sheepskin and Sarah is on her albino pony Goldy :]
I believe my leg position have improved, it used to be a bit stiff and the heels were up, now the leg is long and the heels are down - as you can see.
But Ruby was a bit stiff so I had trouble to sit his more opened trot (bump bump bump ouch ouch ouch)... As some of you know sitting on a TB/TB cross is a hard task :)
My new sheepskin THINLINE pad makes it easier to sit him and he relaxes faster usually but today (RECOMENDED TO EVERYBODY! :) I had to really work hard to get him round....

my his trot looks very hard to sit. You look like you have improved so much! ARENT THIN LINES THE EESTES THINGS EVER! I use one on my holsteiner, i couldnt sit his canter before i started using it. lol

Yes!! Those pads are great!

I wish some tack stores in Israel will understand that and sell them in Israel, I had to make a special delivery all the way across the ocean xD

I don't know what happened yesterday but his trot was really really bumpy, I can usually sit to it (with this pad)... I probably didn't get him loose enough...

yeah that sometimes happens with Tybee if i dont get him loose enough he is bumpier than usual! You live in Israel! that is awesome!
