This simple banana nut bread recipe makes a tasty moist loaf. You will enjoy the wonderful smells this bread will produce. Add this recipe to your family emergency preparedness plan food storage rotation. This video also share great baking tips and techniques.

1 stick - unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 cup - sugar
1 1/2 - cup unbleached all purpose flour
1 teaspoon - baking soda
1 teaspoon - salt
2 - 3 - organic bananas
1/2 cup - sour cream
2 large - organic eggs
1 teaspoon - vanilla
1/2 cup - walnuts or pecans (estimated)
