My final piece at university (UCLAN). Sound quality not so good - taken from camera and not Mac - forgot to press the button, Doh! Poor sound quality becomes less obtrusive further in - Hope you have the equipment to hear low frequencies towards the end. Many, many thanks to Lee F. Cullen.

  • Nice... intrigue....meditative....

  • very nice

  • Good stuff, shame about the background hiss. Try taking the audio off the video and putting some sort of noise reduction on it. Great visuals.

  • @stanmoonetc ~ That is a rare track, at least until 1991 when it was released on The Bootleg Series, (luckily) a brilliant album that I own. Yes, you are so true, that is a great song/tribute to a pioneer of Blues music, and Bob Dylan's vocals (and piano) are simply perfect as well as Mark Knopfler on a 12-string acoustic guitar played in the way of (sort of) Blind Willie McTell, who also had a beautiful voice. Thanks for the input.

  • @pfonyt Many kind words, many thanks - (what about vocals on say... Blind Willie Mctell!?)

  • @stanmoonetc ~ For me not so much. Maybe for his nasal voice, and his melodies not so superlative imho (excluding the period with The Band [Robbie Robertson, Rick Danko, Levon Helm, Richard Manuel and Garth Hudson] of course), but he wrote really excellent lyrics.

This piece is simply great, I liked it very much! In the middle part it is reminiscent of certain instruments and sounds from the Far East, in other parts reminds me of Einstürzende Neubauten and many other things. Congratulations!!!

  • @stanmoonetc not at all! i just found it a funny context to bring him up in. unless he was an influence for this?

  • @defdeezy - you made me feel foolish - of course you like Dylan - who in their right mind doesn't?

  • @DaGamusic1 like... bob dylan? well, of course, haha
