Bloody wonderful, sounds like they could go on all night. Great live band, especially down at the Torrington in North Finchley

@lastrada52 Well I never knew Jaxon played on this! Doesn't Brins himself play a bit of sax at times? anyway, I love the Brinsleys AND Van der Graaf, so this is great all round.

A great piece of trivia about this song: Brinsley employed a sax on this track and a few others on this album. The sax player was progressive rock's legendary David Jackson of Van der Graaf Generator -- which has nothing in common with Brinsley's music. Jackson's saxophone playing with VGG is closer to a maniacal Roland Kirk than what we hear on this album. But Jackson does do a great job on Funk Angel.

Only heard of them through Dave Edmunds and Nick Lowe. First time hearing them - love this song, this pub music. Thanx.
