Why not just claim common-law and never get a ticket in the first place? I gave a cop my ID and said "that's not me, I'm just an administrator, I'm under common law". I'm ___ ___ but I don't have a last name it's ___ of the ___ family. After he made me explain a little more he left, came back and said, have a nice night __ of the __ family. :)

so, let me get this straight, your saying that the police officers are practicing law when they are not qualified or allowed to? read the Florida Statutes of the section you mentioned, and that what i understood.
