Lets face it, photographers are everywhere. The cameras are so incredible now days that it's easy to think that we can run a fantastic business, take amazing photos, and charge pennies for hard work. It's so easy to follow the trends of what "the other guy" is doing and we lose focus on learning simple business tactics or expanding our creativity. Outside the Softbox is an educational discussion or tutorial with various artists that help us all think "outside the box" when dealing with our photos, creative light or our photography business.
This week we'll hear from internationally award winning photographer and businessman, Sal Cincotta, who has spent the last part of the year traveling throughout the country with business practices and tools that have significantly helped photographers increase their sales.
Today Sal talks about the absolute foundation of our businesses: pricing!
Really appreciate this advice!

And how do you react when clients ask for the mid package, but want more hours coverage? Do you always make a custom quote for each wedding? Or do you let them stick to the packages?

Awesome tips, Sal. Thank you for your time :-) One question though: where do you print your albums? In couple of clips you say "high quality album". Where do you print? Once again - thank you.
