Well all this national spirit to state what? I'm not american but i still think that walking on roads near cars is not good for horses, no matter if you are puertorican, american or chinese, it's not good anyway.

The most damage a horse's legs and joints can endure is speeds like that on pavement. I've done too many researches, reports, and worked at many vet clinics to learn this, to have someone tell me it doesn't hurt the horse.

o my god u all american are so stupiddd come down to puertorico and we show u how to ride a horse, how to take care tehm, and how to cure there legs but u know what we dont have problem we there legs because we take good care off them we have horses olders than ur grandpas and look better than u all when u all were born come down here we puerto rican teach u!!!! thats why we are the best addmidet ask 2 somebody what is a puertorican, o my god is like the perfect human in the world

It's really NOT good for the horses feet to run like that on hard surfaces like tarmac... But it is a really good way to destroy your horses quickly:)
